Your dedicated designer then develops a complete concept — including mood boards, floor plans, and curated product selections — which we present via a live video walkthrough. You receive everything you need to bring the design to life on your own timeline.

Every e-design package includes a comprehensive design deliverable tailored to your room. You'll receive a scaled floor plan with furniture placement, a curated shopping list with direct purchase links, a color palette with paint codes, a mood board, and an implementation guide.

Higher-tier packages add 3D visualizations, material specification sheets, and priority designer support throughout the process.

Timelines vary by service complexity. Mood board consultations are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Single-room e-design packages take 2–3 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. Full-home concepts and custom design projects usually span 3–5 weeks.

Design is iterative by nature — and we expect refinement. Every package includes at least one structured revision round (two for e-design and above). We walk through the concept together, gather your honest feedback, and refine until the design feels right.

If the direction feels fundamentally off, we'll schedule a realignment call before the revision round to make sure we're working from the same vision.

Because our services involve dedicated creative work, we offer refunds based on project stage. Full refunds are available within 48 hours of booking if no design work has begun. Once the concept phase is underway, we offer prorated refunds based on completed milestones.
